A wastelands bug built from scrap vehicles in a future world where that is all there is.
Description
A cool car I created for the Wastelands series of books and for the Wastelands series of cars in Rad Sandbox. In the far future, once Earth had self destructed with the help of its human population there isn’t much left. Scattered groups and settlements. But, if you know where to find them nd how to keep them running there are millions of old cars sitting and waiting. Some will rust away to nothing, but some will be salvaged and turned into desert runners to get supplies and people in and out of the settlements.
This car is based on a salvaged VW Bug. It is not a faithful recreation. Although I was trained in Architectural drawing, and Cad Cam I don’t do models to scale. I do them to eye instead to avoid copyright restrictions. This car is rendered in the Direst X format and is not compressed. It includes all image maps and graphics needed to reproduce it as shown. I might add there are no fancy renders here. I want you to see the raw model, so no special FX unless otherwise noted.
You may use this model in any commercial or personal project you choose to and as many times as you choose to. It is a direct download after purchase.
