Wendell G. Sweet was born in Watertown New York. He wrote his first fiction at age seventeen. He drove taxi and worked as a carpenter for most of his life. He began working on the internet in 1989 primarily in HTML, graphics and website optimizations. He spent time living on the streets in Rochester New York as a young teen: As an addict: As well as time in prison. He was Honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1974.

He is a Musician who writes his own music as well as lyrics. He is an Artist accomplished in Graphite, Pen, and Electronic media. He has written more than twenty books and several dozen short stories. He believes in Christ.

He has been sober and drug free for the past ten years.

I wrote this book in 1989. I lost it in all the things that came my way in life. I thought, that’s that. I won’t be able to do that again. In early 2010 I was working the night shift in the prison laundry and thought I should give it a second try. After all I had the time. I think it turned out better, leaner, clearer, and it also turned into a series. It also got me writing again. That was only a few years back and I now have nearly twenty novel length manuscripts written in my marbled Composition notebooks, two notebooks per novel, all longhand written in one shot. I also have about a thousand sets of lyrics. It’s funny how life is. I mention this for a few reasons. First, some people care about the why of a thing. Circumstances. It means something to them. I’m like that. Second, it matters to some people that I have been in prison. Some will not read anything written by someone who has done time. I’ve met those people too. Third, whatever your dream is? Don’t give it up. Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t do anything you want to. You can. That isn’t b-s it’s fact. Most often in life we stop ourselves from attaining the things that are right there in the world for us.

Current projects:

The Earth’s Survivors Series: Follow along with Mike Collins, Candace Loi, Patty Johnson, Bob Dove, Ronnie Vincent and the other Earths Survivors Charactors as they struggle to survive and make themselves a home on a vastly changed Earth.

The Dreamer’s Worlds Series: Laura is a dreamer. She can leave one reality for another simply by wishing to. Dell is also a Dreamer, not on Laura’s level but he has his talents too. Death stalks them both at every turn as they try to right century old wrongs.

Yeshua: Yeshua follows a Disciple of the Christ as he tells the story of Yeshua through his eyes.

Broken: Broken will be at least a three book series following my life on the streets. It’s a tough series of books that take an honest look at drug use, prostitution and real life on the streets.

Billy Jingo, Alone, Hurricane and Kat and Pat: A series of Graphic novels. Fast paced.

Lyrics: Ongoing daily. I will soon work at putting the whole package together, lyrics, music, finished project. I need to do that as several of the charactors in the Earth’s Survivors Series write, perform, sing and I have written specific material for them.

Short Stories: I have several dozen I would like to edit and put into book form.

Eve: Another series that I have written three books for. Follow a lone man and woman as they try to survive. Is procreation over with? No longer possible?

Art Work: Graphite and Pen Work. Native American based drawings and drawings for the series.
